Step 1: Select the Product You Want
Browse Products: Visit the [Home (ID)] or [Products] page to see all the Mstar walkie-talkies and accessories we offer.
Search for Products: If you already know what you're looking for, use the search feature at the top of the page to find it.
Step 2: Payment Process (Checkout)
Open Shopping Cart: Once you've finished selecting products, click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the page. This page will display a list of the products you've purchased.
Complete Information: Click the "Proceed to Payment" or "Checkout" button. You'll be asked to enter your personal information, shipping address, and valid contact information. Ensure all information is correct.
Select Shipping Method: Select the courier you'd like to use to ship your order. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically.
Use Voucher (if applicable): Enter a voucher code if you have one to receive a discount.
Step 3: Confirmation and Payment
View Product Details: Click on the image of the product that catches your eye. The product page will display complete information, such as specifications, descriptions, and prices.
Add to Cart: Once you're satisfied, click the "Add to Cart" button. You can continue shopping for other products or proceed directly to checkout.
Choose a Payment Method: Choose the payment method that's most convenient for you, such as bank transfer, credit card, or other available methods.
Make Payment: Follow the payment instructions provided on the screen. Make sure you transfer or complete the payment according to the total amount listed.
Payment Confirmation: Once your payment is successful, your order will be automatically confirmed. You will also receive an order confirmation email with payment details.
Step 4: Product Delivery
Verification & Packaging: Our team will immediately verify your payment, securely package your order, and hand it over to the courier.
Get Tracking Number: We will send a tracking number to your email or contact information. You can track your order's delivery status in real-time.
Receive Order: Your order will arrive at your address within the estimated delivery time. Enjoy your Mstar product!
